Loving Spoon in Beech

This is a Loving Spoon I made for my cousins wedding.

Salt & Pepper in Beech

This is a spoon variation, a salt and pepper dispenser for the kitchen.
This one is in Beech.

Oak Scoops

These are a pair of scoops or serving spoons in Oak.
I really like this form and they have a really tactile feel to them.

Sauce Spoons in Beech and Elm

These are medium sized spoons that I use to cook with, particularly for making sauces.
I've made a few now, various lengths and woods, these are in Beech and Elm.

Turned Spoons

Turned Spoons – Here I’ve had a go at a turned spoon in Beech.

First I turned a juggling club shape on my wood lathe, then I cut it into 2 identical pieces. After that I hollowed out the bowel as normal and carved/rounded the handle.

Hammer Time

I was asked a favour by a friend to make a hammer for a  communion bell. Always ready for a craft challenge I had a go. Here is the result which I was rather pleased with and so were they. I cut a thread on the handle and in the head, so the two bits screw together.
